A perfect travel safe

I bought the blue one and took it with me on our last trip. I never trust the hotel safes because someone there has to be able to get into it in case there's a accident or something else. Maybe I'm wrong and then they charge you to open it but now I don't care. I bought the Safego in blue and took it with me and hung it in the closet between clothes. My family didn't even notice it until the last day and I felt very confident leaving the room with the good jewelry I'd decided to bring along safely inside. It's a great idea. And I get why they don't make black because they want you to remember to get it if your leave it attached to a gate if you're at the beach or something but I think for continued home use, to blend into the depths of a closet, black would be best. I love mine, I'm going to buy them for other people as gifts.

Nice safe for inside car

This is a very nice item, and fairly priced. To give you an idea of the size...I can put my Kindle (different models) in it as long as I angle it from front to back. In addition to a Kindle, easily fits passport, wallet, a few watches, and other essential items. Could someone break into it? Sure, with enough time and the right tools. But then again, a few years back, I had a small wall safe bolted to an interior wall of a closet. A thief simply broke the wall around the safe and was able to remove the safe and carry it away. The instructions for setting the combination lock are easy to follow. It also comes with two keys. I purchased this for my car, but will be buying another soon for my home (though it would be easy to move the safe (it is portable!).

I purchased this for extra hotel room security. Easy to change the code. I like the option if a key or code. Having the cable adjustable was great. I put this under the hotel bed and attached it to the leg closest to the wall. It would not have been found unless someone looked under the bed. I did not use it at the pool or beach but I know I'll find more uses for it. The size is nice and deep. I could get all my cash, cell phone, meds, jewelry...the uses are endless. I am going to see if it will fit under my car seat to use as a car safe to lock up things if needed. It should fit. Fingers crossed. I'm glad I got it. Reading the reviews of other products I realized I needed something bigger and sturdy. This was a more expensive option but I feel it was the safest (as a deterrent) with a good amount of space. It's light weight too. If you have a little extra money to spend, go with this one.
