I bought the blue one and took it with me on our last trip. I never trust the hotel safes because someone there has to be able to get into it in case there's a accident or something else. Maybe I'm wrong and then they charge you to open it but now I don't care. I bought the Safego in blue and took it with me and hung it in the closet between clothes. My family didn't even notice it until the last day and I felt very confident leaving the room with the good jewelry I'd decided to bring along safely inside. It's a great idea. And I get why they don't make black because they want you to remember to get it if your leave it attached to a gate if you're at the beach or something but I think for continued home use, to blend into the depths of a closet, black would be best. I love mine, I'm going to buy them for other people as gifts.

Bought this on a suggestion from a website for a cruise we are going on. Love this!! Good quality and easy to change the passcode. Tough and durable and fits a large phones (iPhone 7plus and a Galexy S7) and has room for a few other things!!! Will be able to not worry about our stuff going missing since we will be on a beach we can clip to our beach chairs and know that our stuff will not be going anywhere. We purchased the Safego Portable Lock Box for an upcoming cruise, to use at the pool and on beach excursions. The box will easily hold our cell phones, wallets, sunglasses and sunscreen. The lock box comes beautifully packaged in a high quality display box (if you gave this as a gift people would be impressed!) and comes with instructions, two keys, and a black stretchy wrist coil for the keys. The lock box can be used with the key OR by combination - it's super easy to set your custom 3-digit combination. The lock box is made of high impact plastic and is very sturdy. It comes in four colors; we purchased "Withstand White." Dimensions are 7" wide at the top - about 5-1/2" wide at the bottom - 7-1/2" high, and 4" deep. It weighs about a pound. The adjustable cable is almost 18" long. I plan to pack this in my checked luggage with toiletries inside to maximize my packing space. I can think of SO many instances where this lock box would come in handy -- water parks, amusement parks, my son's college dorm, the pool -- anywhere you want to keep a few essential items safe and keep your hands free! This product was a lifesaver during my cruise. Being able to hang out at the pool all day and leave my Rolex, phone and cash securely locked in the SAFEGO on my chair was ideal.
